The original governing documents of the Nittany Mineralogical Society were a Constitution and
Bylaws approved in 1994.
Prior to application for 501(c)(3) status, the two documents were consolidated as Bylaws,
and some changes were made.
The new Bylaws were approved by vote of the members present at the Annual Meeting on October 17, 2007.
